Our original materials

This notice applies to original HealthIMPROVE content, including written explanations, diagrams, tools, templates and learning materials for the IMPROVE™ model, to the extent that they qualify for copyright protection. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and terms.

You may read this website, link to it to consider or discuss working with HealthIMPROVE. Other copying, adaptation, publication, distribution or commercial reuse of protected materials requires written permission or an applicable licence, except where permitted by law.

Our names and identity

HealthIMPROVE™ and IMPROVE™ are trade marks of HealthImprove.

Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership, licence or endorsement without our agreement. Descriptive references and other uses permitted by law are unaffected.

Using the IMPROVE model

Organisational access to the complete model and associated materials is governed by a written licence. A Partnership agreement sets out who may use the materials and the agreed terms. Visiting this website does not grant a licence to reproduce or distribute the complete materials.

Copyright protects qualifying original expression, rather than the underlying ideas, processes or methods. This notice does not claim ownership of general quality improvement concepts or prevent independent development.
